Intuit Link

We currently provide our clients with a secure online portal through Intuit Link. We will guide you through some questions, the documents needed, and let you know when you're done. You can use your phone to snap photos of your documents much faster than using a scanner.

Here are a few answers to frequently asked questions that we think would be helpful while using Intuit Link:

  • At the beginning of each tax season, we send out a reminder email that will include a link to access the site. Additionally, you can use the Client Portal button above.

  • Your username is the email address that received the invitation to use Intuit Link. Please note that only one email address can be used per taxpayer.

  • Please contact info@tbernstein.com with requests to change the email used as your username.

    To change your password, please use the following link about resolving sign-in issues.

  • The following link includes instructions for various issues on how users can use Intuit Link to send requested documents documents.

    If you are unable to access your any of documents, we recommend using the Get if for me extension. Get it for me is a service offered by Intuit Link that allows you to securely and automatically upload missing documents from payroll providers and financial institutions to your online portal.

    As a reminder, we would like to ask that all Mac files be converted to PDFs before they are uploaded.
